Orders
To place an order, choose your items, size and stone, add them to the cart and complete checkout. Before you confirm, you can review and change your items, delivery and payment details. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Your order is accepted when payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a price error or if materials are not available. In this case, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) or Vietnamese dong (VND), depending on the version of the website, and you pay in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are final: we do not add any taxes at checkout. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, and delivery within Vietnam is free. Import duties and taxes in your country are not included and are paid by the customer.
Payment methods: bank transfer by VietQR for payments in VND – scan the QR code at checkout with your banking app, and the payment is confirmed automatically; PayPal for payments in USD, when it is shown at checkout – you pay with your PayPal account or card on the PayPal page. The methods available for your order are always shown at checkout. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Made to order
Every piece is handmade after you place your order and ships within 3–5 business days. Small differences in shape, texture and stone color are part of handmade jewelry, and colors may look slightly different on different screens. The website may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or because of events outside our control.
Shipping
We ship within Vietnam and to the countries listed on our Shipping page, where you can also find delivery times and costs. For other countries, please contact us before ordering.
Within Vietnam, parcels are delivered by local courier services. International parcels are delivered by international courier services (such as DHL, or CDEK for Russia) through our logistics partner. After dispatch, we send you the tracking number and the carrier link by email, usually within 2–3 days (up to 10 days for Russia). Please record an unboxing video when your parcel arrives, as described in our Returns & Warranty policy.

Rights and obligations
We must give accurate information about our products, prices and policies, make and deliver your order as agreed, honor our warranty, return and refund policies, protect your personal data and pay our taxes in Vietnam. We have the right to refuse or cancel an order in the cases described above.
You have the right to accurate information about our products and about us, to choose your payment and delivery method, to the protection of your personal data, and to have your requests and complaints handled. You must give us correct contact and delivery details, pay for your order in full and on time, and not use the website for illegal purposes.
Complaints
You can send a complaint by email to hi@miracleaccessory.com, through the Contact Us page, via WhatsApp, Telegram or Zalo, or by calling our hotline 0828 118 418. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos or a video if possible.
We confirm your complaint within 24 hours. We then check it and offer a solution within these times: damaged, wrong or not-as-described items – 3 working days after we receive your video and photos; warranty claims – 5 working days after we receive the item or photos of the problem; delivery delays – we contact the carrier and update you within 2 working days; payment problems – 2 working days. Refunds are made within 7 working days after we agree on them. For questions about personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
We keep your order details, messages, photos and videos so that we can check each complaint fairly. If we cannot agree, either party may use mediation, commercial arbitration or the courts of Vietnam, and you may also contact the competent consumer protection authority.
Intellectual property
All designs, photos and texts on this website belong to Miracle Accessory. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for your order as required by Vietnamese law, including the law on consumer protection. Delays caused by customs or shipping companies are outside our control, but we will help you track your parcel and keep you informed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order. Last updated: October 2026.
