Who we are
This website is run by HỘ KINH DOANH MIRACLE ACCESSORY, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We decide how your personal data is used and are responsible for protecting it. Contact: hi@miracleaccessory.com.
What data we collect and why
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address and order details (products, size, stone and payment status). We use this data to make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. When you write to us through the contact form or messengers, we use your message and contact details to answer you. We also collect basic technical data (IP address and browser) to keep the website safe and working.
We process order data to perform our agreement with you, so no separate consent is needed for it. For anything else, such as marketing emails or optional cookies, we ask for your consent first. We do not store your card details: payments are processed by the bank and payment providers.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the services we need to complete your order: payment providers, shipping companies, our email service and website hosting. We also share it with competent state authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
Some of these services are located outside Vietnam (international shipping, payment and email services), so your data may be transferred abroad. We do this only to fulfil your order and in line with Vietnamese personal data protection law.
How we protect it
Only the people who handle your order can access your data. Our website uses an encrypted connection (SSL), admin accounts are protected with two-factor authentication, and we make regular backups. If a data breach happens, we will notify the competent authority within 72 hours as required by law and inform you if it affects you.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to make the website and the cart work. Other cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. To withdraw your consent, clear the cookies in your browser or contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Messages from the contact form and messengers are kept for up to 2 years. After that, the data is deleted.
Your rights
Under Vietnamese law, you have the right to know how your data is processed; to give, refuse or withdraw consent; to view and correct your data; to receive a copy of it; to ask us to delete it or limit its use; to object to its processing; and to file a complaint, make a claim or ask for compensation as provided by law.
How to make a request
Write to hi@miracleaccessory.com or use the Contact Us page. Tell us what you want us to do and give the email or phone number you used for your order, so we can confirm it is you. We usually reply within 24 hours and always confirm your request within 2 working days. We then complete it within 10 days to show, correct or send a copy of your data, within 15 days to withdraw consent, limit or stop processing, and within 20 days to delete your data. If our service providers also need to act, these periods can be up to 15, 20 and 30 days. For complex requests, we may extend the period once and will tell you why. If we must keep some data by law or to complete your order, we will tell you which data and why.
Complaints
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, write to us at hi@miracleaccessory.com. We confirm your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 15 days. You also have the right to complain to the personal data protection authority under the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam or to go to court.
